audit, whereby we subject a client’s financial statements, to certain
procedures for purposes of expressing limited assurance about the presentation
and material correctness of such financial information. |

Financial Statements - the gathering and presentation of financial
information, supplied to us by our client's into the form of financial statements
without our expressing any assurance about such financial information. |
